IRONSCALES On Premise version installed via Virtual Machine; End of Life notice

Thank you for choosing IRONSCALES to safeguard your businesses against phishing threats. We have continued to intensify our focus on providing you with best in class email security through our SaaS platform, thus we are providing you with this announcement regarding the IRONSCALES on premises version that is installed via Virtual Machine (VM) in our customer's data center.
To ensure we continue delivering top-notch protection and support, we're transitioning away from our on-premises solution on virtual machines. As of January 1, 2024, our on premise versions of IRONSCALES will officially be end of life. We recommend migrating to our cloud-hosted platform, seamlessly integrated with Exchange, Office365 and Google platforms. This transition promises unparalleled scalability, flexibility, and accessibility for more robust and future-ready solutions.
What to expect:
- Support Continuity: We're here to assist with any platform-related questions to ensure you maximize the value of IRONSCALES.
- Changes from January 2024: Starting January 1, 2024, support for on-premise versions of IRONSCALES installations on virtual machines, including setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance will no longer be available.
- Remote Assistance: Until January 2024, we'll work with your team to assess if remote assistance is possible for on-premises installations, based on remote platform access. This will be delivered on a best effort basis.
