Is This Legit?
You're probably wondering, "Is this real, or just vendor hyperbole?"
Here's the deal, the calculator is built on data from 1,921 customers that rely on us to catch what their SEGs miss (Barracuda, Cisco, Mimecast, Proofpoint). Because we are in a unique position, sitting at the inbox-level, we see exactly how many email attacks these SEGs are continually missing.
Across the customers we analyzed, SEGs missed an average of 67.5 phishing attacks per 100 mailboxes in a 30-day period. That means a customer with 1,000 mailboxes will have, on average, 23 malicious emails reaching employee inboxes every day.
The data speaks volumes, SEGS can't keep up.
