How Does It Work?

Sign up by September 27th
Your company's employees will receive up to two Phishing Simulation Campaigns^³ between Oct 2nd and Oct 26th
Review the results⁴ of the campaign(s) after Nov 4th and see how you compare to similar organizations

³Participants will not be able to select who does and does not receive the simulation campaign(s). IRONSCALES will use their discretion in selecting mailboxes while working to avoid shared mailboxes. To opt out of the contest, you must submit an email to us at success@ironscales.com, stating that you want to opt your company out of the contest

How do I participate in the phishing tournament?

Fill out the form on this registration page.

Will I receive the results of my campaign performance?

Yes, detailed results will be provided via the Campaign Results after each campaign has Closed. The results will be visible in your Simulation & Training tab in your IRONSCALES account.

When will I be able to see the results of my campaigns?

You can view your campaign results after each campaign closes. There will be two campaigns spread across the month.

Can I customize the phishing templates for my campaigns?

No, the templates for this tournament are pre-set to ensure consistency and fairness in the competition. If your organization requires the exact templates before registration, contact your IRONSCALES Customer Success Manager or Channel Business Manager, and they will share them with you.

How are the winners determined?

Winners are determined based on the effectiveness of their campaigns in terms of click rates and report rates.

When will I be notified if I won?

Once all campaigns a closed at the end of Cyber Security Awareness Month, IRONSCALES will send out notifications of results and rankings the week of November 4th.

What are the prizes for the winners?

Each winner will receive a digital badge as a prize. They have the option to share this badge on their personal social media if they like. Winners can also opt in to be featured in a shoutout post from IRONSCALES on our LinkedIn page.

For Partners: How can I sign up more than one of my customers for the tournament?

When completing the registration form, include the account name of the customer you are signing up. Each customer requires a separate form to be filled out. Additionally, please ensure you notify your customer(s) that you are signing them up for the tournament.

For Partners: How can I access my customers’ campaign results?

As a partner, you can access your customers' campaign results by visiting the Simulation & Training tab within each customer’s account. Your customers also have access to view their results through the same tab in their IRONSCALES account.
